In this paper, we develop an analysis of the algorithmic composition of medical temporality and its governmental implications, exploring five emerging transitions from the relatively recent incorporation of Artificial Intelligence-based schemes in health management. To do this, we rely on the abductive analysis of material generated through a case study of the health system in Chile, which considers the development of a multi-sited ethnography based on three scenarios (ministerial, hospital and clinic), which has considered focused ethnographies, news analysis and in-depth interviews with experts and professionals. The transitions described consider the algorithmic, iterative, itinerant, interstitial and organismic character of the temporality constituted by scenarios in which Artificial Intelligence participates. We conclude with the general implications of these transformations for algorithmic governmentality.
